RETURNS. All Urban Hund products are 100% guaranteed against defects. We will accept back any product, and will credit you for the cost of the product and the shipping, if returned for quality issues.
EXCHANGES: If the Urban Hund product has not been used, we will exchange the product at no cost (other than shipping). Sorry, we cannot exchange used products (except in the case of quality issues).
