LARGE collar measures 1" x 14-24"

SMALL collar measures 1/2" x 10-16"; 
SMALL lead measures 1/2" x 48"

NOTE: The lengths listed are the approx. location of the holes on the strap. These collars can be adjusted to smaller lengths simply by adding more holes. You can lengthen them as well, up to 1 additional inch - the last hole is approx. 1 to 1 1/2 inches from the end of the strap. SIZING.   There are no standard sizes for dog collars.  We suggest you measure your dog precisely, allowing some leeway for a comforable fit.   If your dog's measurements fall in between two sizes, we suggest ordering the next larger size. 

SHIPPING. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your Diva Dog products.  Diva Dog collars and leads are shipped via UPS Ground Service. U.S. shipping only.  Shipping is $12.50 for the set.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:   If you are not completely satisfied with any Diva Dog collar, we will be happy to exchange, substitute, or issue a refund (less shipping and handling charges and a 10% restocking fee).  A copy of your invoice/packing slip must accompany all returns. We will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Ship products back to us via USPS, UPS or Federal Express to the address below. To avoid returns, we suggest you double check all measurements before ordering or contact our customer service department with any questions before placing an order. In the event a return is necessary, we will gladly oblige as long as the following conditions are met: 1) the item has not been used. 2) The item was not purchased more than 30 days before the postmarked return date.
